Richard Mather is a Partner at Nuzzo & Roberts with over ten years of litigation experience. Attorney Mather has represented clients in all areas of civil litigation throughout his career. His practice currently focuses on defending clients in lawsuits involving personal injury claims, including premises liability, motor vehicle, and coverage issues, and commercial litigation, such as contract disputes and employment claims. Attorney Mather strives to obtain the best possible result for his clients, and has attained favorable outcomes for his clients by way of motion practice, private negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and trial.

Attorney Mather graduated cum laude from Central Connecticut State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and received departmental honors. Thereafter, he obtained his law degree at the Maurer School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana, where he served as Managing Editor for the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies and competed in multiple trial advocacy competitions.
