Nicholas E. Kale

Nick Kale joined Nuzzo & Roberts in 2016. Before that, he served as a legal research clerk for the judges of the Superior Court of Connecticut. In law school, he served as a publication editor for the Quinnipiac Law Review and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Stefan R. Underhill of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. He also represented low-income clients in a variety of matters in Quinnipiac’s Civil Clinic.

Nick primarily practices in the area of insurance defense with a focus on premises liability.

Nick has successfully argued various motions on behalf of his clients, including multiple dispositive motions. He also represents clients at arbitration hearings where he has secured a defense verdict. Nick strives to resolve cases in an efficient manner and frequently negotiates with opposing counsel to obtain favorable settlement agreements.

In his free time, Nick enjoys reading, gardening, and hanging out with his cat.
