Michael J. McAuliffe

Attorney McAuliffe joins Nuzzo & Roberts workers compensation department after working for over 30 years with a prominent workers compensation defense firm in Connecticut. During that time he represented insurance companies, third party administrators and self- insured employers. He appeared regularly before the Workers Compensation Commission for the State of Connecticut conducting informal, pre-formal and formal hearings. Over the years he has conducted numerous appellate arguments on behalf of his clients before the Compensation Review Board, as well as the Appellate and Supreme Courts for the State of Connecticut.

He is a long-time member of the Executive Committee of the Workers Compensation Section for the Connecticut Bar Association. In the past he has lectured on workers compensation topics before insurers, employers, and various associations throughout Connecticut.
