Kelly B. Gaertner

Kelly Gaertner has been practicing with Nuzzo & Roberts for 15 years and served as a legal research clerk for the judges of the Superior Court prior to joining the firm.  She defends a wide variety of general liability cases in state and federal court primarily in the areas of premises liability, product liability, construction defect, motor vehicle torts, trucking and transportation and municipal liability.

Kelly has successfully argued various motions on behalf of her clients including those on jurisdictional grounds, notice, ongoing storm and control.  She also handles all of her own appeals and has argued before the Connecticut Supreme Court, Connecticut Appellate Court and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Appeals Court.

She is originally from New Jersey and returns to the Jersey Shore at least once each summer for a game of skee ball and to stock up on salt water taffy.
