Paige Beisner

Paige Beisner is an Associate Attorney at Nuzzo & Roberts, LLC. Paige represents insurance companies at all stages of litigation, primarily concerning coverage, bad faith and unfair claims settlement practices disputes. She litigates claims arising from a variety of insurance lines, including commercial property, general liability, homeowners, and automobile, and helps insurers achieve favorable resolutions of disputed coverage claims. Paige has experience handling lawsuits in state, federal, and appellate courts, and lawsuits on the complex litigation docket.

Prior to joining Nuzzo & Roberts, Paige represented insurance companies pursuing their subrogation rights, and worked with insurer’s Special Investigation Units to assess coverage and advise them on avoiding bad faith and civil liability in handling suspicious claims.

Paige graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2013 with a Bachelor’s Degree in History and French and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2016. While in law school, she served as an Executive Editor for the Connecticut Journal of International Law.

Paige spent her formative years in Paris, France where she returned to study abroad. She primarily grew up in Guilford, Connecticut and enjoys reading, knitting, and traveling with her family
