Michael J. Kochol

Michael Kochol joined Nuzzo & Roberts as an Associate Attorney in January 2022. Michael began his career practicing general litigation, where he represented plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of practice areas. He currently practices insurance defense litigation with a focus on premises liability and motor vehicle tort.

Michael graduated from the University of Connecticut with a bachelor’s degree in English. After graduating from UConn, he attended the Second City Writing & Improv Programs in Chicago. He later returned to Connecticut to enroll in the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he was a Managing Editor of the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal and served as the Vice President of the American Constitution Society.

When he is not in the office, you are likely to find Michael spending time with family and friends, traveling, or watching a movie with his pets.
