Jane S. Bietz

Known by her colleagues for her tireless work ethic and impeccable integrity, Jane Bietz has devoted many years to vigorously defending her clients and doing everything in her power to obtain the best possible results for them.  Jane received her undergraduate degree from Bowdoin College and her law degree from UConn, joining Nuzzo & Roberts directly after law school. Jane has worked in various practice areas over the years, including insurance coverage and bad faith and general civil litigation. Jane now concentrates on professional liability defense, including defense of attorney grievances. She has handled a variety of matters including construction litigation, premises liability, auto cases, and appeals. Beginning early on in her career, Jane has enjoyed success with jury verdicts and summary judgements. During her non-work hours, Jane enjoys spending time with her two children, her husband and three dogs.
