Attorney Rachel Nuzzo joined the firm in 2004 and is a Senior Attorney with the firm. Her practice is focused in the areas of professional
malpractice and professional ethics. Her professional liability work involves defending attorneys in legal malpractice actions and grievance proceedings
as well as hospitals and health care professionals in medical malpractice actions. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Nuzzo worked in the areas of product
liability, toxic tort, insurance coverage and intellectual property litigation.
Ms. Nuzzo is admitted to practice in Connecticut, New York and Rhode Island. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English, cum laude, from Middlebury
College in 1995 and her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 1998. Ms. Nuzzo is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the Rhode Island Bar Association.
