Workers' Compensation
Patricia M. Girard is an associate attorney at Nuzzo & Roberts, LLC, based in Cheshire, Connecticut.
Ms. Girard's practice is primarily focused in the area of workers compensation, including representation
at informal, pre-formal and formal hearings.
Ms. Girard is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York, and she is a member of the Connecticut Bar
Association and the New York State Bar Association. She earned a J.D. in 2003 from the University of Connecticut
School of Law, and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Connecticut in 1999. During law school, Ms. Girard
recieved a CALI Excellence Award for class performance in the school's Civil Rights Clinic, and served as an
Articles Editor for the Connecticut Public Interest Law Journal.
Ms. Girard also served as a research clerk to the judges of the Connecticut Superior Court. Admitted to the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut in 2006.
