Nicole Chomiak is a partner at Nuzzo & Roberts, LLC, based in Cheshire, Connecticut.
Her practice is focused in the areas of insurance defense, employment litigation and health professional liability.
Ms. Chomiak is admitted to practice in Connecticut and Massachusetts and is a member of the New Haven County, Connecticut Bar and the Hellenic Bar Association.
She received her J.D. in 1997, cum laude, from Quinnipiac College School of Law, where
she served as marketing editor of the Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal and where she received the school's Academic Excellence Award.
Ms. Chomiak received her B.S. in 1994 from Providence College. She is also admitted to the US Court of Appeals, Second Circuit 2006.
When she is not practicing law, Ms. Chomiak enjoys volunteering her time for community and church activities.
