Bad Faith/Coverage
Michele C. Camerota, is a senior associate with Nuzzo & Roberts, based in Cheshire, Connecticut. Her focus is primarily on insurance
coverage litigation, insurance bad faith litigation. Ms. Camerota is also experienced in legal malpractice and insurance defense litigation
as well as in appellate practice and has argued before the Connecticut Supreme Court.
Ms. Camerota is admitted to practice in Connecticut in both state and federal courts. She earned her J.D. from University of Connecticut
School of Law (1998) and graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Arts in 1993. She was inducted into the Phi
Sigma Alpha honor society for political science majors while at Central Connecticut State University. Ms. Camerota also has an Associate of
Science Degree from Manchester Community College (1990) in Legal Assistant.
She is active in the Connecticut Bar Association, Insurance Law Committee and the Connecticut Defense Lawyers Association. Ms. Camerota is also
a member of her local town committee and is a Commissioner on the Newington Town Planning & Zoning Commission, as well as an appointed member
of the Affordable, Age-Restricted Housing Study Committee.
