Kelly B. Gaertner, is an associate attorney at Nuzzo & Roberts, LLC based in Cheshire, Connecticut. Her focus is
primarily in the area of insurance defense.
Ms. Gaertner is admitted to practice law in Connecticut, New Jersey and New York. She earned a J.D., cum laude in
2006 from Seton Hall School of Law and her B.A. in Political Science and Spanish in 2000 from Rutgers University.
While in law school, Ms. Gaertner was a member of the Woman's Law Forum and the International Law Society. She participated
in the Gressman Moot Court Competition.
Ms. Gaertner served as a Legal Research Law Clerk for the Judges of the Connecticut Superior Court from August 2006 to August 2007.
Ms. Gaertner is a member of the New Haven County Bar Association.
