Workers' Compensation
Jane Carlozzi is a senior associate with Nuzzo & Roberts, based in Cheshire, Connecticut.
Her practice is primarily focused on Workers' Compensation, including representation at informal,
pre-formal and formal hearings and Compensation Review Board appeals. Ms. Carlozzi also handles Workers
Compensation subrogation claims in federal and state courts.
Ms. Carlozzi is admitted to practice in the Connecticut state and federal courts and is an active member
of the Connecticut Bar Association. She earned a B.A. from Wesleyan University, an M.B.A. from the University
of Hartford and a J.D. with high honors in 1998 from the University of Connecticut.
