Bad Faith/Coverage
Jane Bietz is a senior associate with Nuzzo & Roberts. She practices primarily in the areas of insurance coverage
and bad faith litigation. Her work includes advising insurance companies in a broad range of complex insurance matters
involving commercial and personal insurance policies. She has also practiced in the areas of professional liability and insurance defense.
Ms. Bietz is admitted to practice law in Connecticut. She received her J.D., with honors, in 1994 from the University of Connecticut School
of Law and her B.A. in 1991 from Bowdoin College. While in law school, Ms. Bietz was a Notes and Comments Editor for the Connecticut Law Review
and a member of the Connecticut Moot Court Board.
