Premises Liability
Eileen M. Lawlor is an associate attorney at Nuzzo & Roberts. She
practices primarily in insurance defense litigation. Her insurance
defense work includes premises liability, product liability and
automobile accidents.
Ms. Lawlor is admitted to practice law in Connecticut and New York. She
is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, New York State Bar
Association and New Haven County Bar Association. She received her
J.D., cum laude, in 2002 from Quinnipiac University School of Law and
her B.A., cum laude, in French language and literature from Boston
University. While in law school, Ms. Lawlor was a member of the Brehon
Law Society. She was also the recipient of Distinguished Academic
Achievement Awards in Family Law, Introduction to Representing Clients
and Law of the European Union. Additionally, she received graduation
awards for Excellence in Clinical Work and Service to the Community for
her participation in the Tax Clinic and Advanced Tax Clinic.
Ms. Lawlor also served as a research clerk to the Judges of the
Connecticut Superior Court.
