Workers' Compensation
David Weil is a partner in the firm of Nuzzo & Roberts, LLC, based in Cheshire, Connecticut.
Mr. Weil is a workers' compensation attorney who works with more than fifteen insurance companies and third
party administrators in the representation of employers in workers' compensation claims. He has represented these
parties at informal hearings, pre-formal hearings and formal hearings. He has also successfully appealed cases to
the Connecticut Compensation Review Board and Connecticut Appellate Court, including Masko v. Wallingford, 67 Conn.
App. 276 (2001) and Donlin v. Cytec Industries, 77 Conn. App. (2003).
Mr. Weil is admitted to practice in Connecticut, where he is a member of the Executive Committee of the Workers' Compensation
section of the Connecticut Bar Association. He received his J.D. in 1988 from George Washington University Law School,
where he was a member of the Moot Court Board, and his B.A. in 1982 from Franklin and Marshall College.
